Shipping, Digital Access & Learning Delivery Policy

1. General

Datsi School for Storytellers provides learning services only — either through on-campus sessions or digital e-learning platforms.
The School does not ship physical goods unless explicitly stated for a special program or event.

All digital materials, resources, and course access credentials are delivered electronically via the official Datsi School learning portal or email.

2. Delivery of e-learning materials

  • Once enrollment and payment are confirmed, students receive an email with login credentials or access instructions within 2–3 business days.

  • Some programs may grant immediate access after payment if the course is self-paced.

  • Students are responsible for ensuring their provided email address is correct and accessible.

  • If access emails are not received within 3 business days, students must contact abilash.c@datsischool.com or the Admissions Office immediately.

3. On-campus materials and sessions

  • For on-campus courses, all required materials (handouts, guides, etc.) are provided in person during class sessions or digitally through the learning portal.

  • No materials are shipped to students prior to or after the course.

  • Students must be present or log in to access learning content.

  • ​

4. Delivery confirmation & access issues

  • Electronic access to courses or materials is considered complete delivery once login credentials and/or download links are sent to the student’s registered email.

  • If a student experiences technical issues or cannot access content, the School will assist to restore access as soon as possible.

  • The School is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact information, spam filters, or internet issues beyond its control.

5. Special programs or merchandise (if applicable)

If Datsi School introduces special merchandise (such as books, kits, or branded materials) in the future, shipping terms, carriers, and delivery timelines will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

6. Policy updates

Datsi School for Storytellers reserves the right to modify this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time.
The most current version will always be available on the official website.
